L'H CONFIDENCIAL PRIZE

L'Hospitalet de Llobregat city authorities, who have opted for the promotion of genre literature with the creation of La Bòbila public library, a pioneer library in Spain in the creation and maintenance of a special collection of noir and crime fiction, along with Roca Editorial, which publishes the special collection Roca Criminal; both interested in promoting reading of noir and crime fiction, have agreed to announce the L'H Confidencial Prize, international noir novel literary prize.
